IO Psychologists are required to have a postgraduate diploma in Organisational Psychology, and be registered with the board of ethics.

Undergraduate

Massey University offers a program that specialises in introductory IO psychology: Bachelor of Arts – Business Psychology

Otherwise most masters programs in IO Psychology will accept Human Resources and Psychology graduates
