Recommended professional development includes but are not limited to:
- Attendance at a conference at least every other year.
- Attending a professional development workshop at least once a year.
The IOP provides two to three professional development workshops per year, focusing on key areas of organisational psychology. The workshops aim to provide members with:
- Up-to-date research on what works in the field
- The opportunity to reflect on their own practice
- The opportunity to share and network with others

Artificial Intelligence for IO
IOP brings you AI for IO, a topical learning event partnering with Annie Johnson from The Honest Human.

Time: 12:00 – 13:00
Annie’s session will equip you with a foundational understanding of AI, coupled with actionable insights that can be directly applied to various work contexts. Annie will cover:
• The current AI landscape
• The major challenges that businesses are currently facing
• Tips and tricks on how to use AI effectively
• Use cases and real-world applicationsThis learning event will be online and free to all participants. Upon registration you will receive both a link to the event and the opportunity to complete a short anonymous survey to aid the focus of the session and feed into the emerging research on AI.
