Five day Intensive Professional Development Certificate in Evidence- based Executive Coaching – Christchurch 29th November – 3rd December 2021

The course will run at The George Hotel, Christchurch, covering:

• Evidence-based research and practical strategies for solution-focused behavioural change
• Interactive sessions
• Exercises to practice skills in small groups and pairs
• Supervision of practice by the facilitators
• An option for delegates to Zoom in from locations outside of Christchurch

Facilitated by Dr Michael Cavanagh, the founder of the Coaching Psychology Unit at School of Psychology, the University of Sydney and Dr Travis Kemp, Adjunct Professor in the University of South Australia’s Business School. 

Note: Nov 24th is a self-directed peer coaching practice day. Attendance at all five days is required for the award of the Professional Development Certificate.
