Recommended professional development includes but are not limited to:
- Attendance at a conference at least every other year.
- Attending a professional development workshop at least once a year.
The IOP provides two to three professional development workshops per year, focusing on key areas of organisational psychology. The workshops aim to provide members with:
- Up-to-date research on what works in the field
- The opportunity to reflect on their own practice
- The opportunity to share and network with others

We’ve got two exciting events lined up: an afternoon Student Research Showcase and an evening session with speeches, a panel discussion, drinks, nibbles, and networking. Tickets are available for either or both events, and while we’d love to see you at both to support our Part 2 Masters students, feel free to join us for either the afternoon or the evening session if your schedule is tight!
