Can you get emotionally attached to AI?
July 25, 2025Dr Mark Poteet will be speaking on 24 March 2026 the topic of leadership development programme design. Specifically, he will discuss different types of programmes he has had a role in designing, the pros and cons of different programme components, and lessons-learned from those experiences. He will also offer for consideration several practical recommendations for designing such programmes, with the intent to generate audience questions and discussions.
Mark Poteet is the owner of Organizational Research & Solutions, Inc., a consulting practice based in Tampa, Florida. He has experience in several talent management practices, including leadership assessment, coaching and development, learning program design and delivery, selection, competency modelling, and performance management.
Mark partners with organizations to design and deliver custom talent management programs based on their unique needs, goals, and contexts. He leverages a scientist-practitioner perspective and an evidence-based approach to help employees, leaders, and organizations succeed and grow.
Across his 25+ year career, Mark has worked with companies from multiple industries, including aerospace, transportation, food and beverage, manufacturing, education, government, healthcare, and finance. He has coached hundreds of leaders at all levels of the organization across many for-profit and not-for-profit companies.
Mark is a member of multiple professional associations and engages in several volunteer professional service activities. He presents at national and international conferences and has authored or co-authored books, chapters, and articles on various work psychology topics.
